Anxiety is a natural physical phenomenon hardwired into our bodies to help us navigate through our environments. Anxiety is actually designed to be our friend. However, when anxiety becomes attached to maladaptive networks, causing reactions detrimental to our well-being, it becomes a barrier or even an adversary. Anxiety can manifest in many different ways causing psychological, emotional, and physical suffering. Anxiety can express itself through symptoms such as irrational fears, perfectionism, isolating from friends and relationships, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), shame, and mental exhaustion, just to name a few.
This course is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your anxiety and its maladaptive patterns. The goal of this course is to empower you to resolve the underlying issues and integrate new, healthy, adaptive patterns to enhance your ability to obtain the goals you desire.
